There are very many ways to make money on the Internet. One of the easiest is to fill out questionnaires, give your opinion and get paid for surveys online. You don't need any special skills. If you are a consumer, 18 or over and can send and receive e-mails, then you qualify!

The advantages are that you can work your own hours, work from the comfort of home or from anywhere you have access to the Internet, and no special training is required. Some survey makers pay you in cash, sent by check or by deposits in your PayPal account. Some "pay" you with points that can be redeemed in cash.

The amount of money you will make depends mainly on how diligently you pursue the business aspects, on how hard and smart you work to get paid for surveys online. It also depends somewhat on your demographics. If you live in more densely populated areas or more affluent areas, there will be more survey opportunities.

There are three keys to success:

1. Get a good list of survey makers. There are good survey makers, less good ones and others that are really just sales companies trying to act like survey makers to get your confidence and sell you things.

To actually get paid for surveys online, you want to sign up with good survey makers. The good ones that offer legitimate paid online surveys that pay well, in cash or equivalent, pay on time and respect your privacy. These usually do not advertise.  They are not so easy to find.

Avoid the so-called "free lists". The distributors of these are usually being paid by less-desirable, low-pay/no-pay survey makers to recruit for them. Free lists will give you many surveys but very little money.

The best source of good lists is good paid survey membership sites that maintain lists for their clients. For a small membership fee you can get access to their lists. Pick a site with a strong money-back guarantee and a low (3-6%) refund rate.

2. When you get your copy of the list of survey makers, sign up with as many survey makers on that list as you can. Sign up with all of them if at all possible. The more you sign up with, the more surveys you will be offered and the more money you will make.

3. Persue your paid survey work diligently. Set up a free e-mail account just for surveys. Check your in-box at least daily. Take all qualifying surveys (they lead to paid surveys later) and take all surveys offered at first. With many survey makers you will need to qualify yourself first, before you are offered the best surveys.

When you do this right you can expect to make good money for what is, in reality, very little work!
